Roots of Learning: Approaches to holistic and transformative learning We are living in a period of history characterised by radical change. Some habitual life patterns that we have inherited from the past have now become dysfunctional. We are being driven, by necessity, to devise new ways of living in order to survive in a manner that gives us a sustainable quality of life. This course explores the educational imperatives of our unique placement in the 21st century, enabling participants to enter into deep dialogue with holistic-transformative learning. They will explore their own unique journeys along a path of personal and planetary transformation and have the opportunity to explore contemplative practices in relation to these processes. Participants will go away with visions of how they, and those around them, can pioneer new ways of living and learning, now and for the future. Teachers: Edmund O’Sullivan, Abelardo Brenes Ethical pioneers: an interactive masterclass for the new entrepreneur At this time of great change, how do we create organisations and businesses that engage with sustainability and ethics?
